I saw one post below of someone who currently appears to be doing it. I was wondering if anyone else has done it and what it was like. Also how easy is it to get to Chui, Brazil from Montevideo? |

There are buses to Chui, no problem at all. Many goes there doing shopping tours when the exchange is convenient for uruguayans.

Hi,
I'm going to answer question #2: Very easy. Check www.trescruces.com.uy (bus terminal web site) for bus schedules to Chuy (called Chuy in Uruguay, Chui in Brazil). There are 3 different companies doing that route. The main one is Rutas del Sol with several buses a day. Enjoy, Rafa
