Me daughter and me plan to visit Finland in the end of July or the beginning of August. I'll drive from St.Petersburg to Lapeenranta or Imatra. Can anybody suggest the good route within 200-300 km or a little more? I plan to see Savonlinna Fortress and have a rest near the lakes.I need in advice where can I stay (budget!) - motels, kempings, in a tent in kemping? Can I fishing somewhere - I've never do it and I have no the equipment but I want :-)
What interesting sites are there in South Finland? And I would like to know more about General Mannerheim - are there the museums? Thanks in advance for your replies. |
