Weather in Tirana during October and November.............

Please tell me whay kind of Weather to expect in Tirana during October and November of this year (2007). Also it would be nice to know maybe 2 Star Hotel prices that include Breakfast. We might also be interested in renting a small apartment by the week in Tirana. Thank you...

For exact weather information I suggest going to weather.com but in general the climate is Mediterranean meaning "The average temperature varies between 44.0 °F (6.7°C) in January and 87.8°F (31°C) in July. Annual rainfall is 47 inches (1200 mm); the driest months are July and August while the wettest months are November and December."
As someone who was born there and lived there for 16 yrs of their life I would encourage going in the summer.. its much more fun and you can actually do a lotta things outdoors.
