You dont need to pay the taxi because every flight have its service (Havas Bus)to the city centre. Then you can take the taxi to hotel.
Plese tell me the name of your hotel?

A taxi would cost a fortune (60-70 liras). It would be less expensive to take the Havas shuffle (costing 10 liras) to the Asti (bus terminal) and then a taxi to the hotel (depending where it is located; the "center" of Ankara is very large...)
You should know that it takes about one hour to go from the airport to Asti by Havas shuffle and around 30-40 minutes by taxi. So if time is extremely important, taxi is faster.
