That all depends on what kind of tour you want to do and what your budget is. If you want to do the usual tour of going to the crowded tourist sites, there are plenty of agencies catering for this. If you want to do an 'off the beaten track' tour, there is only one reliable option.

What my husband and I would like to do is to travel along the southern silkroad route, starting from Urumqi. Our budget is flexible. Do you know of any good, reliable agency? Thanks very much in advance.
