If you click on the forum name to the left of the post you can see where it sits in the world and then hit the back icon to be where you were. While this is not ideal it probably saves a lot of useless information being supplied in most cases. As you point out however, it falls down of course when someone wants to ask a general question about say Paris Australia and most would assume it was about Paris France.

Greensburg is being rebuilt from the ground up. Many are volunteering their time and resources to rebuild the town. Plans have it to be one of the greenest towns in the US when finished. I know that students from the University of Kansas are helping out.
