Hello,

me and my girlfriend have booked flights to Mykonnos in July, we are going to be staying in Naxos and would like to know the best way of getting there (by boat or plane) There doesn't seem to be many ferries to Naxos, I think I should have flown to Santorini, however the flights are booked now and I am a bit stuck!

I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone could give me

Go to this website and plug in your travel dates and destination to see what's running between Mykonos and Naxos.

There are at least 2 ferries every day, sometimes as many as 5.

Maybe one of the problems is that on the ferry sites you are misspelling Mykonos.

Thanks, for the website links, think I have found a high speed ferry that we should be able to catch, could anyone tell me if we need to book in advance or can we just turn up on the day, I don't really want to book in advance in case the flights are delayed and we can't catch the ferry.

In July you're taking a chance by not booking the highspeeds ahead of time since they're faster and have a smaller capacity.
