I hope to be traveling to Lugansk in the very near future to meet a special young lady I have been communicating with for many months. Can anyone offer tips on places to stay and things to do there for one who will be traveling on a budget.

I suggest asking HunterV about a possible apartment there or Lugan-girls have some also. There are a few hotels but an apartment would be much better. Anything else you need just ask as I was there last summer and will be going back this winter.
