I will visit Vigo by a passenger ship in August.
The ship arrives at 8 am and departs at 4 pm. Can I visit Santiago de Compostela by bus or taxi? |

To get the bus you have to first of all get to the bus station that is in the centre of Vigo. There is no direct bus from the port to SdC.
You do not say what day your ship is in port so if you look at the following web site you can find details of travel times etc to suit your self. http://www2.alsa.es/portal/index.asp If you take a taxi it will coast quite a bit. (Maybe as much as €150, each way) The journey is something like 90km. Some of the route is along the pay road. You will be expected to pay for the tolls as well as a fare. Ian and Irene
