Hi I am visiting Haikou next month with my family. Can anybody recommend any good bars and restaurants in downtown Haikou?

Bars: Allen Bar, V2, CD Club, Congree Club and so on.
Restaurants: Jiu Qian Guan, Jin Hao, Dong Bei Ren and so on. Bty, there is a food street in Jin Long Road. So many retaurants for your choice.

Meritus Mandrine is better in wenhua road in the downtown Haikou.
New State Guesthouse in West Binhai Road also is good, but it is a little far away from downtown.
