Hello, can you see much of the castle without paying the £9.80 admission?

Hi Gareth, i only live 7 miles from the castle and you can walk around some of the boundries but its well worth the money to get in just for the fantastic views over Dover and the ports

It was £3.50 when I went there on a school trip 16 years ago!

I think we paid around 7 quid when we visited. But it is well worth the money to see the underground hospital and planning areas as well as the keep.

Cheers. Was just wondering if it was like Stonehenge where u can see it all with out paying the hefty admission. The tunnels and hospital sound great tho, will probably go in.
