Dates are 24th May - 6th June, apparently.
You might find the IOM TT forum full of useful titbits: http://www.iomtt.com/Home/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=84601 is the relevant post. Book ferry/accommodation as soon as you possibly can.

You will definitely need to book as soon as you can. Ferry bookings become very limited and very expensive closer to the time.
The best and usually cheapest way to book accomodation is to ask the tourism board for a list of Homestay properties. (ie; staying as guests in private homes, usually at approx. £25pppn) As with the ferry - best to look early to ensure you get exactly what you want. Good Luck!! If you do manage to make the TT give me a shout! Kristy :-)
