Great hotel for this weekend!

Hi Looking for a comfortable hotel with a lot of character for our stay on Terceira this weekend. Keeping hearing about the big resort hotel...and the hotel Salles. Like to be within walking distance of town. Can y'all help?

Hi!I've stayed in the hotel Beira-Mar in Angra do Heroismo and I had a very pleasant stay.It's a modest, family-run hotel on the city's downtown with a great view to the sea and Monte Brazil.It was a perfect base for exploring the city by foot.It also had a very good restaurant (try the Sopa do Mar-soup of the sea!).Check their website: http://www.hotelbeiramar.com/ingles/index.php
