Hi!
When will you visit near Mt Fuji? Why will you try to climb Mt Fuji?
I think "Iyashi no Sato" has nothing to see because houses were newly built in this several years. Actually the houses were made with a Japanese traditional style, but just new ones.
You can find many Onsen around your accommodation. Enjoy and relax!
A cable car to the top of Mt Kachi-Kachi is a good choice. You can enjoy a nice view of Mt Fuji and around (only on a fine day).
The cave may be worth to go inside. I visited there when I was a little boy, so I forgot everything...

Thanks for your info, I'm thinking to drop Saiko Iyashi and the caves. If i don't plan to climb to top of Mt Fuji, Can i do til certain Point? Do i need a guide? and do i need to register early? How much would that be? thank you

Here you can see useful info:
http://www.tozan.org/fuji/english/fuji.html

As this page says, I recommend staying a hut just before the top of Mt Fuji to enjoy sunrise next early morning (4-5am, depends on the season). If it rains in the ground, don't care because the top of Mt Fuji is above every cloud!! Sometimes you can see a cloud above the top like an umbrella, you are lucky?!

The price of staying a hut will be minimum 5.250JPY(no food, just sleep) to maximum 8.400JPY(with 2 meals; price for the weekend). It would be better to book a hut beforehand.

I think "Fujiyoshida guchi (or perhaps now called Kawaguchiko guchi)" will be the nearest entrance to Mt Fuji from K's House. I believe a staff of K's House will instruct you how to get there.
Please be sure not to lose your return path! You should go down from the top along the different route from your climbing path.

You don't need a guide, I think. Because a lot of people go up to the top which will be the final destination for all the people there.

Enjoy!
