...........got internet access does anyone know as id like to bring my laptop, or is there somewhere nearby with WIFI perhaps? Also, I believe it will be hot, does this hotel have a pool or garden? I looked on the website and saw a terrace mentioned but wondered if this was somewhere I could sit out?
Many thanks if anyone is able to help!!

I stayed for 3 or 4 night at Hotel Slavia in May 2005. The best thing I remember is that the web page of the hotel looked much better than the hotel did in real life.
The shower in my room was some kind of out of order. If you tried to take a shower after 8 am you could only chose between ice cold water or extremly hot water.
And the water was so hot that steam came out of the toilet.

There was a terrace but it was part of the restaurant nothing for taking a sun bath.

The employees were quite unfriendly and they hardly spoke English.

I do not know if they offer internet access in the room but as far as I rember there was a computer in the hall. But you had to paid a fee for using it.

During the night it was quite noisy due to the jingle of the tramway way.
