Nowhere.
China is an international law abiding country that respects intellectual property rights and fosters the growth of creativity and talent. If your only purpose of visiting China is the search for cheap and illegal goods, then I suggest you try places such as Vietnam or the Philippines.

I'm so sorry to know the arrogance of some people like platerpuss who is ignorant enough not to know what is "cheap" and what is "illegal". He may be right in saying that Chinese are internationally law-abiding but read what he's saying!
