Hy All
This is Nitin from Chandigarh India.I have my recieved SIR Visa approval letter.But there is a recent development that i am getting married now.As my Visa has already come and i want to take my wife along with me. So please advise me how to go further,is it possible to take her on tourist Visa and apply for her immigration in australia. As applying for her visa now in India would again take a long process.It would be a great help if someone could help me in this regard. waiting for an early reply Thanks Nitin |

You cannot apply for a residency visa while you are in Australia, you have to get it before you arrive.
If you have been granted a visa, your wife should automatically be granted one too, but you need to get it before you come here. Lesley
