train from Genoa to Milan

Tell me please about early trains from Genoa to Milan. I must be in Milan by 7.30 am, starting from Genoa Principe Station.

Yea, thanks, trenitalia.com is ok, but I don't know much about the abbreviations there. Which are the fast trains and which are the regular ones? And what about regional trains? Are there regional trains to Milan that start from Principe Station that early?

Had a look and there is only 1 train at 05.45, gets in at 07.40, nothing else after midnight or after 22.00 at night.

That train i said was inter-regional.
Found another option but long,from the menu select international not national trains
Express to Torino 22.35-00.45 then Inter-regional 04.50-06.45
Always found trains to be pretty punctual and early should be no problem.
