What is the best way to get to Playa San Juan from the Alicante train station?? Are there buses nearby that I can take? many thanks! |

San Juan Beach Alicante known as Playa San Juan or San Juan Beach according to this website http://www.gocostablanca.com/beaches/san-juan-beach-alicante

There are two possibilities:
1. Take bus no. 21 or 22, depending on where in Playa de San Juan you are going. They both start from Avenida de la Estacion 16, in front of the train station (left hand side). Check itineraries in: http://www.subus.es/index.asp 2. Walk along the Avenida de la Estacion, cross Plaza de los Luceros, continue walking along Alfonso X el Sabio, at the end there is the Tram station, it leaves you in Playa de San Juan. A new Tram station is under construction in Plaza de los Luceros, more close to the train station, but if you are coming early, it won't be finished. http://www.fgvalicante.com/tram/html/home/home.asp
