Greetings! It's possible that my husband and I may have to fly into Gatwick Airport rather than Heathrow. Is there an easy way to get to Bath from Gatwick? Prefer bus to the train due to cost. Thanks for the help.

Go to Victoria bus station using the tube and then take a bus using National Express, more info on www.nationalexpress.com

or gt a bus to city centre depending on what airport you fly into !

National Express coaches do not operate a service to Bath but you could pick up the coach at Gatwick, go to Bristol from where you could take a local bus or train to Bath.

They do actually run a service to Bath ,is this the same (my English geography is'nt that good!)

Yes - well done zone de guerre! I lived in Bath for a short time and have relatives there but have not heard it called Bath Spa for sooooo long I did not think to search N.E. for its full handle!
So I stand corrected - there is a National service from Gatwick to Bath Spa.
