Hi I will be visiting Trindad soon for a 6 week vacation. Was wondering if there was a school or a course I could take to learn how to make the wonderful roti/doubles/paratha/etc etc that is so ubiquitous of Trinidad???

I would love to come visit. Like I said I already have a planned vacation, so I have accomodations already. But maybe we can work out something. I'm really looking forward to this visit!!
