Can anyone tell me whether Manchester Airport has one of those machines that can wrap your back pack in cling film to secure it before checking in?

I've flown from there a few times and I cant say I've seen one. It might depend where your flying to, as I know the go through some of the bags sometimes. Random checks and that.
