i was wondering how the road conditions are from manila to banaue if i were to bring a vehicle.

the road from manila to banaue is paved and good. just be careful with the landslides, esp. now that the rainy season has officially started...

Manila to Banawe road is class 1 concrete most of the way (concrete and not asphalt). There is no rough road section. If you would push further to Bontoc-Sagada to Halsema-Baguio, then its a different story. You dont need 4WD though, as long as its not a car then its OK (AUV, SUV, Truck, Pick-up, Jeep).
