Astana Travel Forum

Wroclaw University (Poland) is organising a student exchange with Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) University (Kazakhstan).
We will arrive to Astana on July 25th in the evening and we would like to rent a bus with a driver for 13 persons to Oskemen.
We would also like the bus with the driver to stay with us for 3 weeks around Oskemen (local trips) and to return with us to Astana on August 20th.
My question is if there is such possibility and what would be the total costs.

When I was in Kazakhstan (Astana-Almaty) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek) last fall on a group business trip, all of our logistics were set up by Fantastic Asia (www.fantasticasia.net, e-mail to info@fantasticasia.net). They did an amazingly good job--everything went like clockwork. I highly recommend them.

Astana now is more expensive than Moscow. Get ready to pay more than what you thought.

I am on temporary assignment in Astana and I can't even afford to eat out. Food is too expensive and you'll never enjoy them. I order my food online.
