Hi there,
has anyone stayed at Rocky's bar in Puerto Plata, if so please advise, I'am after going to DR and do not want to stay in an all inclusive. I have also been informed of the WaterFront Hotel in Sosua is good, can anyone expand on this please, cheers Steve. |
