I will be arriving in Marrakesh on June 20th and will have about 2 weeks or so before going to Spain. I would like to trek Jebel Toubkal and other treks in the area. Is there a group who is going that I could join or does anyone know of a guide willing to lead one person?

While I won't be in Morocco myself at that time, I can put you in touch with a very reliable travel agency who will find you a guide and make sure you are looked after. I also have a contact with a wonderful Swiss woman who runs a neautiful Berber House as a guest-house near Imlil. It's not all that cheap, but stunning place. I have travelled alone in Morocco and would not recommend somedody who wasn't trustworthy. If you wish to make contact with either of them it's up to you.
