If you go to Napoli Centrale you can walk to ferries,1500 yards.
Come out and turn left towards the sea 500 yrds, at sea turn right 1000 yrds.

I walked. It wasn't too bad. I had a heavy backpack but no rolling baggage and it took me about twenty minutes.
