| San Marino | Can somebody clear this up>>>>>> (meeting schengen requirenments )..................... Posted: Fri May 18, 2007 10:24 AM UTC
If u have a 90 day visa waiver for the schengen area... and u go to San Marino and u live in San Marino for the next 90 days.... does this satisfy the 90 day out requirement..
and if so... then how does one prove within ones passport that one has been out of the schengen area for the 90 days.. Does the schengen agreement reguire an exit stamp? Will a souvineer tourist stamp in the passport satisfy authoritys.. (2 stamps... one stamp on each end of the 90 day period. |

Usually nobody will see your passport, you won't get any stamp on it and nobody will stop and ask you anything.
That's does not mean they don't work, they are always present and if they decide to stop people to see their documents, they will. In case the customs will ask to stop your car, you'd better do it, it happened they fired sometime.. A TOTAL AMOUNT of 90 days are for all schengen area, not for each COuntry :-)
