Hi all!

My name is Tristan. Im moving to Grand Cayman around the 15th of July and would dearly love to find someone to rent with, or failing that a reasonably priced apartment. Any help? - anyone after a roommate!?! Any tips greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if you have yet found anywhere to live, however, i have an appartment to rent at the moment.

It can be rented as an appartment or as just the room. For the whole appartment it would be $2450 or the room is $1225, that's including cable and then utilities are on top of that.

It's on a fantastic complex in the seven mile beach area which is really central. The house is beautifully furnished and has a screened patio. Double bedroom is en-suite.
