i read in a lonely planet guidethat in the summer it is a middle european theme park.how accurate is this??? i dont wanna go to stay in prague cause i heard that in the summer its big on stag and hen parties. is this the same for cesky krumlov???

No. Cesky Crumlov is defitely not a stag and hen party kind of place. It's a picturesque, historical city, with a castle and a river. It's a nice place, but it is very small so you might get bored after a few days. You can do canoe trips down the river from there.

We loved Cesky Krumlov, my wife and I. It's totally charming, the food and drink are cheap, the castle is nice, and it's all within quick walking distance. Plus, as the previous poster said, there's lots of outdoor activity options. It's not quite Prague in terms of size and buzz, or in terms of cultural capital, but you really can't go wrong there

would a day be long enough for this place or should i get a hotel and stay for longer. we will be camping just across the border in germany
