Hello everybody!My name is Nataniel and i am from Azerbaijan, Baku.
I'd like to come to Quebec to study. I have BD (Azerbaijan State University of Foreign Languages/English-French translator). I'd like to know if there are any Quebec Universities, which offer any summer/autumn courses for educational excellence.Thanks for any info and links.

This is fun because I'm from Montreal, Quebec, and I will be in Baku in one week!
I think I would be able to answer you question because I'm a french teacher myself, so I know about all the universitie's french learning and french teaching programs. But it would help to be more specific: what do you mean exactly by "educational excellence"?
Also, when you are talking about "Quebec", do you mean the province or the city?

I want to find any university in Quebec, which offers foreign students 3 months courses by cheap price(this autumn). Also, it would be better to find any university in Quebec, which has STUDY&WORK program. Can you recommend any?!
