We will be in Capri for a day in June and would like to know what kind of shopping to expect? Where are the shops located?

The best and most expensive shopping begins in the piazza adjacent the funicular and continues west up the pedestrian street toward the Quisisana hotel. Then the upscale shopping continues by making a left in front of the hotel on Via Cammerelle.

There are 2 places where I know shops are , the town up the hill from the wharf where the ferries arrive, this is the main tourist shopping area, just walk around the streets and browse, it is not a large area. The second is Annacapri, get the bus up the extremely winding hill, it goes to a great height and at the top there arte some shops, but go for the view, have a look at my Capri page and you will see what I am saying.
Good Luck, Mike
