There are no cliffs by RIU, it is on the beach, but the West End of Negril is all cliffs and caves. And there are a few different water falls, all about an hour from Negril. And mineral water bathes, artesian wells, and fresh water caves that you can swim in.
In the West End of Negril {the best end} there is Xtabi, Blue Cave Castle, Pirate's Cave that have caves you can swim into or out of.

Hey. Yes there are beautiful cliffs on the West End in Negril. You should chech out Ricks Caffe, they have awesom cliff divers and the water is GREAT for swimming. As for waterfalls there are plenty of them...the most famous of them are the Dunns River Falls and YS Falls.
