I would appreciate any information or suggestions on transportation options or services from the airport in Mexico City to SMdeA and between SMdeA and Guadalajara. Thanks.

Hi again.... ok in Mexico the easy way to travel is in a BUS.
So from Mexico City airport travel by "Primera PLUS" BUS to Queretaro (3 hrs), in Queretaro transbord to San Miguel just (1 hr) or less. From san Miguel to Guadalajara take ETN bus or Primera Plus both take you to Guadalajara and both have and excellent service.
