Frankfurt Baggage storage in Frankfurt
Posted: Thu May 10, 2007 02:56 AM UTC
I'll be landing in Frankfurt and travelling around for a month before heading off again and i was wondering if there's any place i can store one of my bags for that month. The airport charges 3.50Euros a day which is ridiculously expensive.

Any suggestions?

You can use the lockers in railway stations only for a maximum of 72 hours.

And the left luggage office at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is more expensive than the ones at the airport. EUR 5.00 a day and piece.

And even this was cheap compared to what is charged for this at other big stations in Europe (there was a post about this a few weeks ago on another board).

One idea: staying in the same hotel/pension in/near Frankfurt when arriving and before departing and ask them if you can store your bags for the time in between.
