Note that if you follow Jesper's advice to avoid the Eurostar trains (which will drop the one way second class price from 28.15 to 13.80 euro), that the regional-only train solutions that are earlier in the day (like the one that leaves at 10:30) leave from Roma Tiburtina, not Roma Termini.
This is not fatal, since Tiburtina is a station that is less than 2 kilometers to the east of Termini, but I wouldn't want you to end up at the wrong one ;-) Bill
