Dear all VT members,
We're planning to visit Leh in mid-june this year. If somebody has been there, please guide us on following? 1. Do we need to do advance booking? 2. We plan to spend 4 days in Leh city . Which location is good for accomodation, which gives the right mix of convenience and scenic beauty? 3. Are there any recommendations for Hotel/GuestHouses? Our budget is 500-1000Rs. Usually you will not find booking for budget hotels.
Land in Leh and look for the room you like. Fort Road will be a good choice. HTH
