Hello Everybody!
I'm investigating about bus/train connections from Istanbul to Damascus or Aleppo.I've found some information that train from Ist to Dam (toros expres) is not in service until june 2007.Does anyone knows detailes?Can anyone tell me about alternative?Can't find bus routes from Ist to Dam.Please help me:)

the best way is :
take bus from Istanbul to Aleppo - there is 2 routes every day it,s take about 17 hour and cost about 30-40$ ,
From Aleppo to Damascus , by bus 1 route evry hour take 4.5 hours cost 3$
by train there is 2 routes in the night take 4 hours cost 3$

hi,just come by plane with Turskish airline,it's very cheap.
also there are buses running from Istanbul, a famous bus company is "HAS"
