can anyone tell me of an online booking agent that does boat trips day or two days long not week tours and day trips to pamukkale and ephesus from bodrum thanks

Check VT Bodrum pages for mavi tours but trips to Pamukkale and Ephesus are everywhere you just have to walk into one of the many places selling them on main street down into the harbour.

I had a heck of a time finding anyone online too and ended up just using a local tour operator. Morning Tour Travel was really good, located in Bodrum they were very helpful, speak english, check thier email and are informed
