Hey,
I'm travelling to Somo on the 10th May for a surfing holiday and am staying at 'Hostal La Concha'. I'm arriving at Santander airport at 18.00. How would I go about getting from the airport to somo? I've read that it is possible to get a ferry from Santander to Somo but where so I get this from, and what time at night does it stop running.

You can go from Santander to Somo by bus. The one leaves the bus station of Santander, on 10 May, at 19:00 and 21:30, and goes 35 minutes. A shuttle downtown leaves the airport every half an hour, begining from 7 AM. For more information look at http://www.santandereabus.com/eng/default_e.asp.

Once that you take the shutle bus from the airport to the bus station , you can walk 10 minutes to the " lancha de Pedreņa" , any body can indicate you the way

With this boat you cross the Santander bay with very nice views and you stop first in Pedreņa and then in Somo ( aprox 20 - 25 min )
Another alternative is to take a taxi directly from the airport , as you do not need to go to Santander may be a good price , if you are interested next week I can ask about the price

Sounds to me like the bus or taxi is going to be the best option.

They told me that the taxi from the airport to Somo should be 29 Euros

There are 3 of us for coming over for surfing from Belfast on Friday 9th and staying at the same place. Are there many coming over with you? Unfortunately at the minute think the conditions are not so good but we'll see when we're there. Give a shout when you arrive.

I'm also travelling for surfing to stay at 'Hostal La Concha' on Friday 9th May. Arriving at 9am. Is that taxi proce still good, is it with any particular company or a general price of 28euros. Travelling with 2 other people (no boards)
