| Rosarito | Where to Stay in Rosarito with dogs Posted: Tue April 24, 2007 08:06 PM UTC
Going to Rosarito in a few weeks with two small dogs. Would like to rent a condo wtih kitchen, etc or a small house. Can anyone advise me of a place to rent or a web site I can go to. Also what is the water like this time of year. Can you go swimming in the Ocean or is the water too cold.
Thanx Sev |

Hi Sev,
I don't know if there are places in Rosarito Beach where your dogs will be welcome or not, probably any place will allow them if you pay extra. However, if you take your dogs into Mexico, be sure to also bring documentation that they have had all their shots etc. Otherwise you may have trouble bringing them back to the USA. The Pacific Ocean in this area is not ever very warm, but lots of people still swim/surf in it all year round. The water at Rosarito Beach will not be "warmer" until maybe August or September, but it depends on what you can tolerate, if you'll want to swim there.
