Annecy Travel Forum

Hi.. Myself and a friend (who speaks French) will be visiting La Clusaz at the start of June for just one month. Is there any hope of us getting some kind of temporary job in La Clusaz or Annecy for such a short time?? Any ideas anyone? The money would be handy, but I'm also just slightly concerned that we might be bored spending a whole month in a village in the summer season. Any views on this aspect? Any responses would be much appreciated.. Thanks.

You don't say on your Home Page or your post above where you are resident. If you are not EU, you probably would not be able to get a job, especially for a month. You also didn't list any interests so it is difficult to tell if you would get bored. If you are the least interested in hiking and outdoor sports, you could not possibly get bored in that area. I don't think anyone could get bored in Annecy because there is so much to do, both in town and the surrounding countryside.

Do you have any particular interests for either job or touring?
