Check: www.aerolineas.com.ar/home.asp I used that company some years ago to the same destinations.

Also try LAN (www.lan.com), very reliable company, nowadays also flying within Argentina.

First of all, August may be quite chilli, in particular in Ushuaia. So, take the most warm clothes with you.
Of course, Usuahia is August will have less people, but it is time for skiing there, and the time for other winter sports. For that, many tour companies work the same, adapting tours to the snow present in some destination. Look for "Canal Fun", a tour company with excellent activities. Young and very well organized people.
