Hi perhaps you can help me?
I am planning to drive from Dubrovnik to Pristina late July this year. The aim is stay in Dubrovnik a few days, 2-3 days in Pristina and then return to Dubrovnik to fly out. The total trip 9-10 days. I have no idea what is the best way to do this, or where to visit/stay on route. It would be create if you could give me some direction! Regards, Paul |

This was a good one, no car rental company on this planet will allow you to drive a rented car to Kosovo or Albania.

You can take a bus to Montenegro and then there is a ferry from Kotor to Bar and thence to Durres in Albania.
You can then get a bus to Tirana and fly to Prishtine. The times vary but in this area it is always best to start very early in the morning. I have found the Bradt travel guides to be useful. Europcars has an office in Prishtine for car hire, so I expect they may also be in Albania and Montenegro.
