nafplio to delphi by transit

Do I need to take the bus back through Athens and change buses (and bus stations) to get from Nafplio to Delphi? Or is there a better route?

This will be on Wednesday in late May if it makes any difference.

I suggest you quickly go to Thorn Tree forum and ask Xaroula about getting around to places on Mainland via bus...http://thorntree.lonelyplanet.com/ there are more questions about Pelopponese & north stuff over there.
