hi my family is going to tamarindo this coming december. We all wanted to go on the canopy tours but the only ones we could find were 4 hours away. Do think there is any possible way you could e-mail any information to me about the place you went to? it would a big help and would also be greatly appreciated! thank you so much!

Go to www.visittamarindo.com and click on tours or activities, etc. We took JandCTours to Rincon de la viejo a couple yrs. ago. The trip is about 1 1/2 hrs. We took the 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mega Combo Tour which includes a horseback ride (or a flatbed ride) up the mt., zip lining down - I was 51 yrs. old and loved it. Then you go back down for lunch, then you can go to the mud bath area - which is just putting the warm mud on your own body & letting it dry; taking a cold shower and then relaxing in atleast 6 pools of varying tempatures. Then you can go on the waterslide but we were tired so chose to leave a little early, and got back to Tamarindo at 4:30. J is Juan and he went with us and was a lot of fun. C is Carol - an American. I dealt with her when lining up the tour in advance but we did not meet her. Have fun.
