A friend of mine live in Alkhobar, ksa. Is it possible to visit them as a visitors visa? I s there any travel agency organizing a package tour to Saudi Arabia?

Yes you can travel around KSA on a visit visa, the only restriction if you are a non muslim are the holy cities of Makkah and Medina and this applies even if you are a permanent resident.
Just keep your passport with you all the time.

This country does not typically give out visitor visas. U would need to be sponsored by your friend. I hear there are some tour operators that take tourists around here but you have to be with them at all times. Hope that helps!
