The distance is quite small but buses seem to take up to 3 hours.
Is the drive easy to do myself in a hire car? Do hire car firms allow you to travel from Croatia to Slovenia and then onto Italy ? Thanks for your help |

2.5 to 3 hours by bus depending on traffic, quicker by car and is an easy drive.
economycarrentals.com nationalcar.hr novacarhire.com Most allow crossing borders but you must tell them as you need correct papers. Be aware, 22% local tax to be added to web prices when you go to pick up car (please correct me if this is not the case) Are you going one way only?
