Hi im living in Bogliasco which is just outside Genoa, Im deserate to find a gym or somewhere with a tread mill! I need to start training and dont want to run along the road can any one please help

I searched the Italian yellow pages (www.paginegialle.it) for "palestra" in Bogliasco and got three hits for gyms in Novi Ligure. I have no idea where that is. If you're willing to go into Genova the yellow pages offer 101 hits for "Palestra". So check the phone book online or in print and go check out the facilities for yourself.
