I used this site when I recently visited Barcelona. I don't see anything special about a day trip to Andorra, but you could search around. They do have very good trips to Montserrat so maybe they can help with what you are looking for.

There are many different bus lines that go from Barcelona to Andorra.
http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/a924a/155/9/ As for making it a day trip, it do not recommend that. Andorra is a few hours away, and after you take time to travel to/from, there is not enough left over to enjoy the area. You should spend at least one night there.
